All products are available at the time of posting, but availability may vary daily. In the event that an item you have purchased becomes unavailable, you will receive a notification and be reimbursed within 1-2 business days. We are also happy to assist you in finding a similar item or informing you when the product will be restocked.
Bliss Return/Exchange Policy
Please try on your dress as soon as your order is received. Returns/Exchanges need to be requested within 48 hours to blissdressessouthtowne@gmail.com. After you receive confirmation, you will have 7 days to take your dress to your choice of shipment. You will be responsible for return shipping costs and a 10% restocking fee. You can return your dress to our store front in Sandy Utah to avoid shipping fees, but your refund will be processed separately through our online store with the 10% restocking fee deducted. If you choose to bring your dress in store for an exchange there will be no restocking fee, if your chosen dress from our store front is cheaper the amount that needs to be refunded will be done though our online store separately or you can receive an in-store-credit. This is only for Bliss in Sandy at the shops of south town, other Bliss locations are not affiliated and will not accept your dress for any reason.
The dresses must be in perfect condition to be accepted as a return. This means it must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition with tags still attached.
Refunds will be rejected if the item has any signs of wear, wash, alterations or missing tags.
